Amy is a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors and offers short and long term therapy approaches.  She has worked in mental health, correctional settings, Hospice and the disability sector. 

Amy has experience in working with family violence, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, substance use issues, compulsive behaviours, relationship issues and increasing confidence and self-esteem.

She has an integrative approach which includes, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

Amy provides a warm respectful space where you can clarify and process what is troubling you, gain further understanding of yourself and develop tools and strategies that help manage difficult thinking patterns, emotions and behaviours.

Her fees for individual sessions are $180.00
