Lineé is a registered clinical psychologist who offers short- and long-term psychotherapy to adults.
She works with a diverse range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges and separation, as well as issues specific to women such as pregnancy, new motherhood, menopause, women’s sexuality and sexual health.
Lineé approaches therapy with a holistic perspective, valuing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit for overall well-being.
Her warm and integrative therapy style is tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred, ACT, and CBT theories. Lineé also incorporates insights from attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and somatic psychology into her work.
She believes in providing a welcoming and supportive space where clients can authentically express themselves, fostering self-discovery and gaining insight into their unique psychological landscape and the challenges they face.
