Services Do I need therapy? Psychotherapy involves seeing a trained professional, usually once a week for an hour, to discuss and explore problems you may be having in your life… (Click here for more) Do I have an addiction? Couples counseling focusses on helping couples resolve problems they may be having in their relationship. It may be short term and problem focussed, or longer term if peoples childhood experiences appear to be contributing to their current diffculites.
